Meeting Format

The Olympus Angels meet monthly to screen 4-8 companies and select 2-3 to present at a future full-member meeting.

Companies are allotted 12 minutes to present their company at the screening meeting followed by 7 minutes of Q&A.

Of the screening meeting companies, 2-3 are selected to make a future 15 minute presentation to the full group followed by 15 minutes of Q&A.

4-8 companies companies in screening and in Meeting agenda includes routine business as well as 2 company presentations, each lasting 15 minutes followed by a 15 minute Q & A session.

Companies are strongly encouraged to cover the following criteria:

• Business Plan & Model
• Financial Statements and Projections
• Capitalization Structure
• Ownership Structure
• Deal Terms and Use of Proceeds
• Exit Strategy

The screening committee is made up of a subset of Olympus Angel members. The committee screens applications, select presenters, and provide direction and feedback to presenting companies.  For more information, please contact info.olympus.angels@gmail.com.
